PerfPower Corporation is a division of EcoReady Corporation. Other subsidiaries include EcoReady Lighting, Incorporated, which offers a complete line of outdoor lighting fixtures.

EcoReady Corporation [stock ticker ECRD.PK] was founded on a simple, yet profound thought: to bring sustainable products and technologies to everyday life. Led by seasoned business leader, Boris Rubizhevsky, the company was incorporated in 2009 to make this goal a reality. Our first “green” product, PerfPower alkaline batteries, offers completely free recycling for all used PerfPower Go Green batteries. What’s more, these batteries are 100% recyclable, contain no Lead, Cadmium, or Mercury and are available in many stores and online.

We want to give eco-conscious consumers a way to help the planet without having to go out of their way.

Our pursuit of this mission has brought people from different walks of life—engineers, investors, marketers, and others—together to reinvent everyday products, such as alkaline batteries, and consumer power devices, for a more sustainable lifestyle.

Our research and efforts are focused on creating and delivering Earth-friendly technologies that can achieve the following objectives:

(1)       Contribute to the reduction of use of electric energy;
(2)       Play a major role in the reduction of hazardous waste in landfills;
(3)       Contribute to the mitigation of global warming through reduction of carbon emissions; and
(4)       Provide attractive returns for its investors. 

Our Market

There are many people who want to help the planet by recycling and reducing the carbon footprint, but are struggling to find products that are aligned with their values. PerfPower Corporation’s products are focused on meeting the growing needs of these eco-conscious consumers.

Batteries

We offer a recyclable alkaline battery available in AA, AAA, C, D and 9 volt sizes. Marketed under the brand name of “PerfPower Go Green”, our batteries contain no Lead, Mercury, or Cadmium. The batteries are not only made with recycled materials but they also come with a free recycling initiative that’s valued at $16.99 if consumers choose to recycle through other available programs. The recycling initiative works through an online website, iRecycled.com, where consumers can register after the purchase of their batteries, collect points, and then recycle their used PerfPower™ Go Green batteries completely free of charge.
 
It is estimated that around three billion batteries are sold annually in the United States alone. Of these, most are not recycled and sit in landfills for over 100 years. The elements of a battery can leak and contaminate the soil and water supply. We choose to recycle our brand of battery since all elements of the battery can be used over and over again in their original state. We hope that our consumers take the time to recognize the importance of recycling batteries.
